Refund & Returns Policy

Overview

At Solar Watt Systems Inc., we strive to ensure the satisfaction of our customers. Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused, in the same condition you received it, and in its original packaging.

Certain types of goods are exempt from returns, such as custom-built or personalized energy systems, items sold at discounted rates, or items that have been installed or altered from their original condition.

Non-returnable items include:

  • Custom-designed solar systems
  • Installed or altered energy equipment
  • Products purchased at discounted rates
  • Perishable items, such as batteries that degrade over time once used

To complete your return, proof of purchase is required.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Partial Refunds

In certain situations, only partial refunds are granted:

  • Items with clear signs of use or installation
  • Products damaged through customer misuse
  • Items returned more than 30 days after delivery

Refunds

Once we have received and inspected your returned item, we will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment within a certain number of days.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund yet:

  1. Double-check your bank account.
  2. Contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
  3. Contact your bank. Processing times for refunds vary.

Sale Items

Only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds. Sale or discounted items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange your item for the same product, send us an email at support@solarwattsystems.com.com and send your item to:

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift during purchase, we will send the refund to the original purchaser.

Shipping Returns

To return your product, you must send the product to:

#1 Barracks Hill, Vauxhall, Christ Church.

You will be responsible for covering the shipping costs associated with returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

For more expensive items, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee receipt of returned items without tracking information.
