At Solar Watt Systems Inc., we are dedicated to delivering your solar system products across Barbados in a timely and secure manner. This policy outlines the delivery methods, estimated timeframes, and conditions for multiple shipments (where applicable).

Delivery Methods

We use trusted local courier services to ensure that your solar products are delivered safely and in excellent condition. Depending on the size and nature of your order, we offer the following delivery options:

  • Standard Ground Shipping (for smaller products and accessories)
  • Freight Shipping (for larger solar panels and energy systems)

Delivery Timeframes

Once your order is confirmed, you will receive an estimated delivery date. Delivery timeframes will vary based on your location within Barbados and the type of product ordered.

  • Standard Shipping: Delivery within 3-7 business days.
  • Freight Shipping: For larger or more complex solar systems, delivery may take 7-10 business days.

Please note that delivery times may be affected by factors beyond our control, such as local holidays or adverse weather conditions.

Multiple Shipments

If your order includes multiple items, or if certain products are stored in different locations, your items may be delivered in separate shipments. Each shipment will have its own tracking information, and there will be no additional shipping fees for multiple deliveries.

Delivery Confirmation & Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, we will provide a tracking number to monitor your delivery’s progress. If you have any concerns regarding your shipment, you can reach us at support@solarwattsystems.com.com.

Shipping Locations

We currently deliver across all parishes in Barbados. For international shipping inquiries, please contact us directly at support@solarwattsystems.com.com to discuss potential options and additional charges.

Failed Deliveries & Incorrect Addresses

Please ensure that the delivery address provided is accurate and complete. Solar Watt Systems Inc. is not responsible for failed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete addresses. If a package needs to be re-shipped due to an incorrect address, additional delivery charges may apply.

Delays

If there are any delays in shipping your order, we will notify you promptly via email or phone with updated information. We are not responsible for delays caused by the courier or unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.
